Mr. DeVries has more than of 20 years of experience financing and administering public companies. Located in Vancouver, British Columbia, he brings together and facilitates companies with seed and development capital to build shareholder equity value. He has been instrumental in the reorganization and reactivation of Tier 2 TSX-Venture oil and gas companies. Currently Mr. DeVries is CEO and a director of Petrichor Energy Inc., and is President, CEO and a director of Allente Resources ltd. and a director of Anquiro Ventures Ltd.

Mr. Watts has over 25 years of experience in advising various companies on corporate finance in a diverse range of industries, including; Oil and Gas, mining and exploration and manufacturing. Mr. Watts holds positions on the Board of Directors for several large, private companies and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Fellow Member of the Taxation Institute of Australia.

Mr. Wolf has been involved in the oil and gas industry for more than 15 years, assisting public companies with investor relations and administration. Mr. Wolf was educated in Germany and immigrated to Canada in 1953. From 1958 to 1982 he operated and owned pre-cast concrete factories in Calgary and Vancouver, and from 1982 to 2002 he operated and owned J.A. Wolf Projects, Ltd., a commercial construction company. Mr. Wolf was President and a director of former US Oil and Gas Resources Inc., which amalgamated to form Petrichor Energy Inc. in 2005. Mr. Wolf is a director of several public companies.

Mr. Barnett has extensive corporate experience as a Chief Financial Officer, Controller, and Secretary with over 20 years of accounting experience serving both public and private corporations. His experience covers wide range of companies producing oil & gas, resource & explorations, engineering, and research & development. Mr. Barnett is a member of the Certified General Accountants of British Columbia. In order to stay abreast of new business procedures, he has taken extensive business and accounting courses in addition to regulatory courses and workshops. In addition to overseeing the accounting functions within the Company, Mr. Barnett’s responsibilities include managing the annual audit, budgeting, preparation of financial statements and management discussions & analyses.

Mr. O'Byrne is the Co-founder, President and CEO of Crimson Energy Ltd. and President of OMJ Land Services Ltd. He has Over 25 years of executive management, petroleum land management, acquisitions and divestitures and oil and gas operations, both conventional and unconventional. Mr. O’Byrne is involved with Range Petroleum (Land Manager), Golden Eagle, (VP Land) Unbridled Energy (VP Land), Stormcat Energy (co-founder and Director, Public Co.). Rockbridge Resources Inc. (President, CEO & Director, Public Co.)

Mr. Goruk is a professional engineer with over 34 years of experience in petroleum engineering and oil and gas operations. Mr. Goruk was formerly in property management, team lleader at AMOCO, including 20 years of varying experience in oil and gas operations; drilling and completions, exploitations and explorations; and administration. Mr Goruk is a member of the Professional Geologists Geophysicists and Engineers of Alberta (P.Eng.).

Mr. Mummery is a registered Professional Geologist with over 40 years experience at AMOCO, Canadian Hunter, Home Oil and Wascana. He is the former VP Exploration and founder at Golden Eagle, and has held several Directorships in Junior Oil & Gas companies, both public and private.
